Every Saturday 18:00 - 19:00

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Focus: Full-Body Strength | Cardio Fitness | Endurance

• Warm-Up (10 mins): Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body.

• Functional Training Rounds (40 mins): High-energy, 4-minute rounds of
bodyweight, strength, core, and full-body exercises.

• Cool Down (10 mins): Deep breathing and stretches for recovery and
flexibility.
